Understanding Warranty Terms: What's Actually Covered?
Every product on ZynaPay lists a warranty period on its product page, but the coverage details matter just as much as the duration.
Manufacturing Defects vs Physical Damage
Warranties almost always cover manufacturing defects — a motor that fails under normal use, a seam that comes apart, electronics that stop working without any external cause. They do not cover physical damage from drops, liquid spills, or unauthorized repairs.
Consumables Are Usually Excluded
Parts that wear out naturally — batteries losing capacity over time, ear cushions on headphones, non-stick coatings — are typically excluded from long warranty periods, or covered for a shorter window than the main unit.
Keep Your Invoice
Your ZynaPay invoice (available as a PDF from your order history) is proof of purchase date and is usually required to register a warranty claim. We'd recommend saving a copy as soon as your order is delivered.
How to Raise a Claim
Contact our support team with your order number and a description (and photos, if relevant) of the issue. We'll guide you through whether it's handled directly by us or needs to go through the manufacturer's service center.
