- Phone number and shipping address (for order delivery and notifications)
- Payment details for Cash on Delivery orders (name, phone, delivery address); we never collect or store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials
- IP address and device information for security and fraud prevention
- Order and shipment history associated with your account
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Process, ship and fulfill your orders
- Send order confirmation, shipping and delivery notifications
- Provide customer support and handle returns/warranty claims
- Send occasional product updates or newsletters (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our platform
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share information only with:
- Courier & logistics partners — your name, phone number and shipping address, solely to deliver your order
- Email service providers — solely for transactional emails
- Law enforcement — when required by law or to protect our rights

ZynaPay uses:
- Session cookies — to keep you logged in
- CSRF token cookies — for security
- Browser localStorage — to persist your shopping cart and dark-mode preference between visits (no personal data)
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data Retention
Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with Indian GST and financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account data (excluding purchase records required by law) by emailing us.

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and rate-limited endpoints to protect your account and order information.
