We offer free shipping on every order across India, with tracking provided once your order is dispatched.
Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation
- Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or local restrictions outside our control
- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or national holidays
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all orders across India, with no minimum order value required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive the courier name and tracking number by email/SMS. You can also check live shipping status anytime from your order history in your dashboard.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
If you chose Cash on Delivery at checkout, please keep the exact order amount ready in cash for the courier at the time of delivery. COD is not available on all pincodes or products — this will be indicated at checkout if it applies to your order.
Serviceable Locations
We deliver across most serviceable pincodes in India via our courier partners. If you run into an issue entering your address at checkout, contact us and we'll confirm whether your pincode is currently serviceable.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we'll check with the courier and update you within 1-2 business days. If delivery genuinely fails, you're entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.
