1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZynaPay ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. ZynaPay is operated by Zynapay Private Limited, registered in India.

2. Products & Ownership

ZynaPay sells genuine, brand-new physical electronics products including gaming controllers, headsets and accessories. Ownership of a product transfers to you upon successful delivery. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging or minor design details may vary by batch.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, any amount already paid will be fully refunded.

4. Payments

Orders are currently accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD), payable at the time of delivery. ZynaPay does not store your payment card or UPI credentials.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for the accuracy of the shipping information you provide. ZynaPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer or seller warranty period stated on the product page. Warranty claims for manufacturing defects should be raised with us directly; warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZynaPay's liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your City], India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
